The 100-Year Flood Elevation will <br /> approximately be between 94 and 95 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Hillside Drive has an existing variable-width right-of-way ranging from 60 to 65 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of the same. (Refer to Maps&Plats Book 26-Page 51, S.J.C.R.) <br /> Brandt Road has an existing variable-width right-of-way ranging from 50 to 55 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of the same. (Refer to Maps&Plats Book 26-Page 51, S.J.C.R.) <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Trucks shall be prohibited from entering and exiting the site from/to the north on Hillside Drive. <br /> 2. Trucks shall be prohibited from entering and exiting the site from the Brandt Road driveway. <br /> 3. The access gate shall remain open during all hours of operation. <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br />
