All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. Payment of 0.37 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 2.00 units shall be paid to the <br /> County prior to approval of the Parcel Map. The fee is $4,147.48 per unit for a total required fee of$1,534.57. <br /> 7. The frontage improvements for Hinkley Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a fifty(50) -foot right-of-way Local ResidentialRoadway prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. Service shall be <br /> provided by Cal Water. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 9. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the subdivision.
