All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual lot,if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) 4. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. Service shall be provided by East Stockton Sanitary Sewer District. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) 5. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred until building permit application with this statement"Payment for the Right of Service Units will be required at the time of building permit application"noticed on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) 6. Payment of 0.37 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 2.00 units shall be paid to the County prior to approval of the Parcel Map. The fee is $4,147.48 per unit for a total required fee of$1,534.57. 7. The frontage improvements for Hinkley Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- half of a fifty(50) -foot right-of-way Local ResidentialRoadway prior to approval of the Parcel Map. 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. Service shall be provided by Cal Water. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) 9. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).Contact Jenifer Storsteen with MuniFinancial at(800) 700-6864, extension 1534,to determine if there is a current remaining lien that is subject to the reapportionment process,. Any fees and/or remaining lien payoffs related to the SJAFCA assessment shall be paid prior to recording of Notice of Lot Line Adjustment/Parcel Map/Final Map. 10. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Service shall be provided by the East Stockton Storm Drain System. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) Note: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1) acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit.
