The following information is provided as a result of that <br /> review. <br /> The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. <br /> The subject parcel does not lie within an Area of Benefit or a Community Facilities District. <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of all sewer <br /> mains or laterals required to serve this project in accordance with City standards. <br /> The property owner will be required to sign a conditional utility service agreement for possible <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton. <br /> The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 4. Collection <br /> system capacity is under the control of San Joaquin County. Please contact San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works Department regarding collection system capacity. The nearest point of <br /> connection is in Hinkley Ave at the project site. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public <br /> Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the street <br /> right-of-way will be required. <br /> The owner/developer must comply with San Joaquin County Health Department requirements <br /> relative to septic system abandonment.
