The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) 6. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred until building permit application with this statement "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be required at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) 7. Payment of 0.42 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 4.0 units shall be paid to the County prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. The fee is$3,986.46 per unit for a total required fee of $1,674.31. 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) 9. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual lot,if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to recording the Parcel Map. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, CalTrans Traffic Manual and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans.
