The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been <br /> paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred <br /> until building permit application with this statement "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be required <br /> at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 7. Payment of 0.42 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 4.0 units shall be paid to the <br /> County prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. The fee is$3,986.46 per unit for a total required fee of <br /> $1,674.31. <br /> 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 9. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 10. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot,if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> recording the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 12.
