HINKLEY AVENUE IAPN 157-243-181 PA-0400594 (MS) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer should install full frontage improvements including, but not limited to, <br /> curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening and street lighting. Said <br /> improvements should be installed prior to occupancy of any buildings/structures on this site. <br /> Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to existing physical <br /> constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a recorded Deferred Improvement <br /> Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at such <br /> time as it is practical. <br /> 2.
