1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one legal parcel. The subject Assessor's Parcel <br /> Number is 157-243-18. The project is in a residential neighborhood. The parcel is zoned R-L. <br /> ' 1.2 Description of Proposed Development: It is proposed to create five residential lots from the <br /> existing parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and <br /> t Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate <br /> the property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews <br /> with the owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map and APN page). <br /> ' 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> ' 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of <br /> ' the historic use of this property is testimony from the owner, Octavio Medina. Mr. Medina was <br /> interviewed in July, 2017. The owner has owned the parcel for more than 10 years. The land use has <br /> not changed significantly under his tenure. It has always been bare ground with the potential for single <br /> ' family residential lots. <br /> Presently the property is bare ground. The surrounding area is single family residential. <br /> ' 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the <br /> San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office in June,2017 (see appendix for results). An <br /> ' onsite survey performed in July, 2017 by staff of Dillon&Murphy. The San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation database list did not yield any <br /> concerns. <br /> 1 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of <br /> contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potentials for contaminations are low. The <br /> property has been bare ground for more than 10 years. Historically there have been no underground <br /> storage tanks. The owner has no knowledge of improper above ground storage of chemicals on the <br /> subject parcel. <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
