Martin <br /> 6060 E. Hogan Lane, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have twice the <br /> diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin <br /> County approved backflow valves. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #1 and remainder under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). The irrigation <br /> well cannot be used for domestic use on the remainder parcel. <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for parcel #1 and remainder under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County licalth Care Services 1 <br />
