Applicant is to prepare a manure management plan outlining the handling of all bird(s) <br /> wastes and incorporating vector control measures.(Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act, <br /> Chapter 4, Section 13260-13263). A $210.00 plan check fee is required at time of submittal. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated February 15, 2008, that <br /> has been approved. <br /> NOTE: <br /> All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this pigeon raising operation <br /> are to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Department hourly rate of$105.00 for response and correction, as per the Board of <br /> Supervisor's Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> B. The agricultural well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as <br /> follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br />
