Holly Dr., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The <br /> review fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The sewage disposal <br /> system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. <br /> A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. <br /> Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. <br /> A permit fee is required for each percolation hole. The permit fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Nitrate <br /> Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) prior to issuance of building <br /> permits and at least six months before initiating construction of any water related improvement, <br /> as defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system by the local primacy <br /> agency [Environmental Health Department (EHD)] is prohibited without the concurrence of the <br /> Water Board.
