CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700081 <br /> HOLLY COMMERCE CENTER, LLC/SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING, LLC <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700081 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on June 1, 2017 , which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> December 1, 2018,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department.The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
