BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-18-144 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST CYCLE GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> FOR GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT NO. PA-1800162 <br /> OF HOLLY COMMERCE CENTER, LLC <br /> - - -- - - - - - - - - - <br /> WHEREAS, on September 6, 2018,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-1800162 and Zone Reclassification No. <br /> PA-1800163; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 6, 2018,the Board of Supervisors did conduct a public <br /> hearing on General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-1800162 and Zone Reclassification No. <br /> PA-1800163; notices of which hearings were given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors found that the Initial Study prepared for General <br /> Plan Map Amendment No_PA-1800162 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-1800163 <br /> (collectively referred to as the"Project") determined that the Project would not have a significant <br /> impact on the environment and therefore approved a Negative Declaration; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that the First <br /> —--------- -Cycle-General-Plan Amendment-fox General Plan Map-Amendment No.PA-1800162 of Holly- - --- - ----- <br /> Commerce Center, LLC is hereby approved,with said approved General Plan Amendment <br /> Application attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and made a part of this Resolution. <br />
