The borings were percolation test,holes used to conduct a percolation test on each parcel <br />,'. per the.requirements of Sari.Joaquin County Environmental Health Division.' The drilling <br /> i equipment utilized was a truck mounted Deep Rock solid stem auger with a diameter of 4 inches.' " <br /> No ground water was encountered in the shallow borings. The soil'in'all three borings was found <br />{ to be reddish brown silty fine to'rriedium sand. The soils encountered to a maximum depth"of 3 <br /> feet were.reasonably similar to the Bruella sandy loam and the San-Joaquin loam. <br /> Two (2)percolation test holes were drilled on proposed Parcel 1,'and one'(1) percolation <br /> test hole was.performed on proposed Parcel 2 Each of the three (3) petcolafion-tests were drilled <br /> to a.depth of 3 feet. The two percolation tests that were located on Parcel 1 were performed to <br /> determine the suitability of two different locations on Parcel,1. 'The Parcel 2 tests were labeled <br /> Parcel 2 East and Parcel.2 West and the Parcel 1 test was simply labeled Parcel 1.
