INTRODUCTION <br /> Our office was retained byMs. Julia Shoneff,-property owner;to conduct a Soil <br /> Suitability Study fora rninor'subdivision to create two (2)parcels from the 10-acre Parcel. <br /> ' Accessor's Parcel Number AP P The ; <br /> ( N) is 007-150-48. The property is Iocated at 24205 N. Homestead 1 <br /> Lane;Acampo;California(Plate 1). .The San Joaquin County Minor Subdivision Number is MS.- � <br /> 01-44. <br /> The Soil.Suitability Study was required.by the San Joaquin County Development Title for <br /> _.. a minor.subdivision. The study was conducted to determine whether the proposed new 2-acre <br /> parcel is suitable fora septic system and leach lines-and was performed according to the ' <br /> requirements of Section 94105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. Major elements <br /> of the field work included drilling three(3) 3-foot exploratory soil borings and performing three <br /> ,(3) in=situ percolation tests:;_An examination of the soils, review of published soil information, <br /> geologic maps, and available ground water iriformation was used to estimate suitability of sails. <br /> This report presents the.results of our study. <br /> II. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT . <br /> The:proposed minor subdivision involves splitting a 10-acreparcel to create two (2) 5-. - <br /> acre parcels. Proposed Parcel 2 contains the existing residence.'
