San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention in an attempt to <br /> determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, <br /> releases or spills, underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, or leaking underground <br /> t storage tanks on the subject property. <br /> Trudy of the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention reported that there are no (0)files <br /> for the subject property other than a proposed minor subdivision. <br /> 5. San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted in an effort to determine <br /> k whether the subject property had been used in the past for agricultural purposes, and whether <br /> ` agricultural chemicals had been used on the subject property. According to Hazel Gallego of the <br /> Commissioner's office, there were no (0) files associated with the name Shoneff <br /> 6. Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System ' <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted in an effort to obtain <br /> copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. Tami Lowe, of the ' <br /> Department of Environmental Health, could not find any records for water wells or septic tanks on <br /> the subject property, however, it was noted that this did not mean they do not exist. <br /> 7. San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(SJVAPCD)was contacted in an effort <br /> to obtain information as to whether any agricultural burn permits have been issued for the subject <br /> property. Ms- Karen Morris of the SJVAPCD states that they have no records on file for the address <br /> of the subject property. <br /> ` 8. _ California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> i <br /> The Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) database is maintained by the California Integrated <br /> `. Waste Management Board (CIWMB). The SWIS database contains an inventory of solid waste <br /> disposal facilities or landfills. These may be active or inactive facilities or open dumps that failed to <br /> meet RCRA Section 2204 criteria for solid waste landfills or disposal sites. The SWIS database list <br /> was reviewed for reference to the subject property and to sites located within one-quarter(114)mile <br /> of the subject property- <br /> 7 <br />
