Past land use <br /> b. Past owners <br /> C. Location of buried storage tanks, hazardous waste storage, <br /> wastewater treatment facilities and/or on-site landfills, etc. <br /> d. Types of chemicals used on-site past and present <br /> Fe. Other data pertinent to the specific site <br /> 2. Conducting a site visit to: <br /> F a. Identify vegetative features and chemical use <br /> b. Locate surface waters <br /> C. Assess physical features <br /> F� d. Observe adjacent land use <br /> e. Gather evidence of indiscriminate and/or illegal waste disposal <br /> 3. Conducting a review of regulatory agencies' records to: <br /> a. Review applicable State and Local regulations <br /> F b. Making recommendations for further investigation if necessary 11' <br /> FI <br /> This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA <br /> ENVIRONMENTiAL to date with regard to this project. The principal findings are outlined <br /> throughout the body of this text and are summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> 11. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located at 24205 North Homestead Lane, east of Acampo, CA. The subject <br /> Fproperty is a rectangular 10+/-acre parcel with a main residence, a cottage(guest house), a garage, <br /> a barn, a henhouse and an outbuilding on it. All of the buildings are grouped near the center of the <br /> subject property, the remainder of land is covered in seasonally dry grasses and weeds, there are <br /> F4i sparsely scattered trees as well. <br /> 3 <br /> R <br /> F ��1 <br />
