Homestead Road, Acampo <br />The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br />identified as pertinent to the project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br />Requirements cannot be modified. <br />A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br />system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br />$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br />San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br />rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br />wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br />fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br />dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br />Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State -approved laboratory. (San <br />Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br />3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br />by the Environmental Health Division is required for Parcel #1 at the time of <br />development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br />1110.4). <br />4. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by <br />the Environmental Health Division is required at for Parcel #1 the time of <br />development.
