Rate Min. Usable <br /> (min./in.) Disposal Area <br /> 1. P1 16 12,000 sq. ft.* <br /> 2. PTI 60 (deep) 12,000 sq. ft. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 12,000 sq. ft. of usable disposal area is recommended for both of these parcels. <br /> *Although one test indicates a lesser value, other factors indicate the higher value <br /> should be used. <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM <br /> The home on parcel 2 was completed in 1994. However, no permit was found <br /> using the current address. Review of Jahant Road permits did not indicate which <br /> permit was for this property. <br /> A Foundation and Percolation study was prepared by Anderson & :Associates <br /> for the current homesite.
