Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> U/ A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> j� Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of S 156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> L <br /> .44S 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
