3. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE <br /> The existing land use is fallow with a stand of grasses. A well, shop, and septic <br /> system have been installed on the north half of the existing parcel. <br /> Previous use may have been growing hay. <br /> SOILS <br /> Soils data was obtained from the "SOIL SURVEY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", issued October, 1992. <br /> Parcels 1, & 2 <br /> The soils map indicates the soil type is Bruella Sandy Loam. <br /> Typically, the surface layer is a brown sandy loam. The upper subsoil is a brown <br /> sandy clay loam. The lower portion is a brown, strong brown, and light brown <br /> sandy clay loam. <br /> San Joaquin County's septic system map indicates this is a hardpan area. <br />
