CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0400466 <br /> Tosta, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0400466 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 6, 2004,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on April 7, 2006, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment as shown on the plan dated August 12, <br /> 2004. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and shall <br /> enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Filing Fees are <br /> required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d. LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: Lot Line Adjustment application PA-0400465 shall be finaled and a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment recorded prior to the recording of this application. <br /> e.
