A brief description of the Topographic Maps is as follows: <br /> Subject Property: The 1914 Map shows no property use detail. The 1952 through 1987 Maps do not <br /> .. show residential structures, but do show the subject property as residential or urban land. <br /> Surrounding Properties. Surrounding properties in all directions appear as residential or urban land. <br /> In summary,review of the historical USGS Topographic Maps revealed no obvious features such as <br /> service stations or tank farms, on the subject property or adjacent properties that are of significant <br /> environmental concern. <br /> Topographic Maps of the subject area preceding 1914 and subsequent to 1987 were not readily <br /> available for review. Representative maps are included in Appendix B. <br /> 4.3. DIRECTORY LISTINGS <br /> Selected Directory information was provided by EDR; data was available for the years 1961 to <br /> present.For the years 1961 through 1966 Horner Avenue was not listed,for the years 1970 to present <br /> the subject property address was not listed. AGE has no information concerning why a long-tern <br /> residential address was not listed,but the directory used may have been for City of Stockton addresses <br /> only and the subject property is located on County land. <br /> 4.4 BUILDING DEPARTMENT/ASSESSOR'S OFFICE <br /> The San Joaquin County Building Department(SJCBD)maintains records for the construction and <br /> demolition of buildings and structures within city boundaries. The records are on a computer data <br /> base for 1992 and subsequent years. Permits issued prior to 1992 are not easily ascertainable and <br /> �- reviewable as the permit records are filed in notebooks by year then by street name; many records <br /> prior to 1960 do not list the permit purpose. AGE performed an internet search on the San Joaquin <br /> County Community Development website, httl2://www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us/conundev for Permit <br /> Manager records from 1992 to present for the subject property address(s) and found the following <br /> information for enforcement and finalized building permits. <br /> ` The San Joaquin County Assessor's Office(SJCAO)at 24 South Hunter Street,Room 303,Stockton, <br /> CA, maintains records for property assessment; these records contain information concerning the <br /> construction and demolition of buildings and structures, including city building permits issued for <br /> .. assessable improvements.Mr.David Garcia,one ofthe property owners,signed the file review access <br /> Advanced GeoEavironmental,Inc. <br />
