A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed <br /> prior to Parcel Map approval indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for-- septic- tank usage. A permit for the <br /> percolation test is required from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. If the soil suitability study is <br /> favorable: <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction' of ='an= individual domestic :water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental HealthL <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br />
