CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-10 <br /> Mussi, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-10 was approved by the San Joaquin County Commun%r <br /> Development Department on March 26,1999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied withPP rior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> P <br /> This approval will expire on September 24, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and y accepted b <br /> P the County <br /> �' <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact. Terry Farris, 468-3154) <br /> a. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> i <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> The new legal descriptions shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review_ <br /> E <br /> ' (Development Title Section 9-872.4) i <br /> b. The new legal descriptions must reflect correct distances and qualifiers in order to avoid <br /> overlaps or gaps. <br />
