Mr.Neely reviewed the traffic requirements <br /> with the applicants. <br /> Mr.Martin asked the applicants if there would be any type of school or Sunday school involved. Mr. Grisson <br /> indicated no. <br /> Mr.Grisson indicated that they would be connecting to City water. Mr. Grisson informed the Committee where <br /> they would be installing the fire hydrant. Ms.Jolley asked the applicants if Mr.Dalton of San Joaquin County's Fire <br /> Prevention had mentioned that the fire hydrant's position is acceptable. Mr.Grisson indicated yes. <br /> Mr.Neely reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. Mr.Neely indicated that he would check on the <br /> 30-foot wide access centered on Sixth Street. <br /> Ms.Jolley reviewed the City of Stockton's requirements. Ms.Jolley asked the applicants to contact <br /> Mr.Dalton of the San Joaquin Fire Prevention Division regarding the 28-foot wide fire lane requirement of the City. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 3. Phase One consists of a 1,507 square-foot <br /> pigeon loft,a 3,014 square-foot pigeon loft and a 1,452 Square-foot pigeon loft. Phase <br /> Two to be completed in three(3)years consists of a 1,507 square-foot pigeon loft,three <br /> 1,452 square-foot pigeon lofts,and-a 704 square-foot dry storage building. Mr.Delbert indicated that he would bring plans of <br /> the project to the Building Department and to Public Works showing the elevations of the buildings,and the water <br /> drainage. Mr.Martin indicated that the plans showing the water drainage will need to be completed by a Civil <br /> Engineer. <br /> Mr.Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Division's conditions. <br />
