To date an EHD well permit application, $89 permit fee, and $285 <br /> inspection fee have not been submitted and the work has not been scheduled. In the <br /> Fourth Quarter 2006 Groundwater Monitoring Report dated February 12, 2007, ATC <br /> recommended implementation of the work plan. The EHD permit and fees must be <br /> submitted by April 5, 2007, and the work completed by April 30, 2007. <br /> In addition, the Third and Fourth Quarter 2006 and First Quarter 2007 Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Reports have not been submitted to GeoTracker, the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board internet database as required by the California Code of Regulations.
