Groundwater samples collected from monitoring wells and the <br /> drinking water well evidence non-detectable concentrations of petroleum contaminants. A <br /> complete Closure Resort should be submitted to PHS/EHD by June 15, 2000. <br /> Provide in the report mass balance calculations for contaminated soil and water, data and cross <br /> section diagrams supporting conclusions for site closure, and all other pertinent information as <br /> outlined in the "Appendix B,Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary <br /> Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites, No Further Action Request". <br /> According to Section 25297.15(a) of the Health and Safety Code,you must provide PHS/EHD <br /> with certification in writing of your notification to all record fee title owners and a complete <br /> mailing list of all record fee title owners prior to our considering any closure proposals for the <br /> above referenced site. <br /> Copies of all investigative reports for this site should also be forwarded to the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board Central Valley Region to the attention of Marty Hartzell. <br /> Quarterly groundwater monitoring may be discontinued at the site until otherwise directed by <br /> PHS/EHD.
