Please note that the directive letter(02-17-2015) on GeoTracker includes a list of wells which EHD
will approve of pressure grouting, if proposed, and which must be overdrilled. Please take this into consideration prior to
submitting a destruction work plan.
Sincerely,
Gabriel Gonzalez
From: Jeanne Homsey [mailto:jeanne.homsey(acardno.com]
Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2015 1:24 PM
To: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH]
Subject: RE: 6732 East Highway 88 (Three Palms Grocery)
Thanks Gabriel. I have the draft workplan in my review staff. A directive to submit a well destruction work
plan has been uploaded to GeoTracker. Upon review of"Table 4
Monitoring and Vapor Well Construction Details" found in the Closure Summary Report dated June 23, 2014, there
seems to be some discrepancies between the total depths in the table and what is documented or depicted in the boring
logs found in the same report. For example: MW-1 is listed as 91 feet total depth, but its boring log visually shows the
well at 91.5 feet, ect...
Please ensure accurate total depths are included in the well destruction work plan to avoid delays in the permitting
process.
Thank you,
Gabriel Gonzalez
San Joaquin County
1
