His <br /> diversified experience includes; water quality and basin management studies for a number of <br /> ground water basins; locating, designing, drilling, testing, and equipping water wells and well <br /> fields for municipal and private concerns; monitoring ground water pollutant migration and <br /> developing methods for aquifer restoration; underground tank investigations; ground water <br /> modeling; safe yield analyses; litigation; development of water master plans and evaluation of <br /> alternative sources of supply; exploratory drilling, geologic mapping, and geophysical <br /> explorations; percolation testing to determine infiltration rates and mounding effects of both <br /> fresh and waste waters; and monitoring soils control and geologic conditions in connection with <br /> dam, tunnel, pipeline, and water treatment plant construction. Mr. Barto has supervised and <br /> conducted the preparation of geologic and hydrologic portions of numerous environmental <br /> impact and project reports.
