9 SIERRA DELTA CONSULTANTS LLC 14971 Highway 88, Lodi 1.0 INTRODUCTION This report documents the procedures and results of a Limited Subsurface Investigation completed by Sierra Delta Consultants LLC (SDC) for EH National Bank of the Countryside Mini Mart gas station and convenience store located at 14971 North Highway 88,Lodi, CA. The Limited Subsurface Investigation was requested by Mr. Darren Thrower of EH National Bank on February 22, 2012. The purpose of the assessment was to provide additional site characterization to determine the liability associated with foreclosing on the Subject Property. 1.1 Scope of Work SDC mobilized a hollow stem augur(HAS) drill rig to the site and completed three (3) borings at the Subject Property. A Site Map indicating soil boring locations is included in Appendix A with site photographs included as Appendix B. During the boring completion operations, soil samples were collected and placed in laboratory- supplied containers. The samples were then transported under chain-of-custody protocol to TestAmerica in Irvine, CA for analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as Gasoline Range Organics (GRO) and Diesel Range Organics (DRO) by EPA method 8015M along with Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Xylenes (BTEX) and Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) by EPA method 8260B. For a copy of laboratory results the reader is referred to Appendix C. 1.2 Limitations SDC has prepared this report for the exclusive use of EH National Bank. The professional services conducted by SDC have been performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under similar circumstances by reputable environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made. The professional services performed do not guarantee compliance with federal, state or local laws. This report is not a bidding document, and any contractor or consultant reviewing this report must draw his/her own conclusions regarding further investigation or remediation deemed necessary for the project. Inherent is most projects performed in a heterogeneous subsurface environment, excavation or continuing assessments may reveal findings that are different than those presented herein. This facet of the environmental profession should be considered when formulating professional opinions on the limited data collected on these projects. The information presented in this report is valid as of the date our exploration was performed.
