On January 29, 1998, <br /> your agency sent a letter of non-concurrence with this determination. <br /> Enclosed is an updated"Case Closure Summar-/' and chronology for this site. PHS/EHD <br /> is again requesting concurrence with the determination that the site investigation and <br /> remedial action has been completed. According to our Local Oversight Program contract <br /> with the State Water Resources Control Boardthe "Case Closure Summary" is to be <br /> forwarded to you.
