The numbers indicate that gasoline <br /> ranged organics are present. Also, the seven gasoline oxygenates are not <br /> present. MTBE analyses were rain for sell samples collected for TPHg analysis <br />' and all iab results were non-detectable (som ppap ands n C f®r <br /> shews). <br /> 1 Table 2 shows the results of testing for chlorinated solvents and other <br /> volatile organics by EPA Method 8260. The only chemical of any significance <br /> was benzene which is shown in the cross-section in this report. The <br />' tri methyl benzenes are a natural constituent of gasoline, are not as <br /> carcinogenic and toxic as benzene, and merely mimic the levels of benzene <br /> present. Xylene levels were high enough to recognize them as unique <br />' constituents during the field investigation by obvious olfactory evidence; <br /> however, are not high enough to be considered as an indicator chemical as <br />' significant as benzene. <br /> Table 3 shows low levels of metals and Table 4 identified no organic lead. <br />
