Since the last sampling event, the groundwater potentiometric surface elevation has decreased an average of 2 feet Generally consistent with the previous quarter, the groundwater gradient is directed toward the southeast at a magnitude of approximately 0 15 ft /ft (Figure 2). Groundwater Analytical Results The chemical analytical results of groundwater samples obtained from monitor wells at the Site on May 24, 1995, are summarized in Table 2 In general, chemical analytical results indicate c9ncentrations of TPHg (9200 ug/L) and benzene (440 ug/L) remained the highest in the vicinity of monitor well MW-1 (Figure 2) Attachment II contains photocopies of the laboratory analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms. Wastewater and Drill Cuttings Wastewater generated from the groundwater monitor wells and drill cuttings resulting from the December 1994 assessment were disposed of on-site with approval from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services. Laboratory analytical results for both soil and groundwater were non--detect for TPHg and BTEX.
