3 3 Groundwater AnalAical Results <br /> The chemical analytical results of groundwater samples obtained from monitor wells at the Site on <br /> October 4, 1995, are summarized in Table 2 Chemical analytical results indicated concentrations of <br /> TPHg in MW-1 (8,200 ppb), MW-2 (320 ppb), MW-3 (8,000 ppb), and MW-4 (180 ppb) Benzene <br /> concentrations ranged from 9 0 ppb (MW-2) to 560 ppb (MW-3) Toluene concentrations ranged <br /> from 8 5 ppb (MW-4) to 2,400 ppb (MW-1) Ethylbenzene concentrations ranged from 5 0 ppb <br /> (MW-2) to 360 ppb (MW-3) Concentrations of xylenes ranged from 15 ppb (MW-4) to 1,900 ppb <br /> (MW-3) In general, chemical analytical results indicate concentrations are the highest in the <br /> vicinity of monitor wells MW-I and MW-3 (Figure 4) Appendix B contains photocopies of the <br /> laboratory analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms <br /> 34 Wastewater Disposal <br /> Purge water generated from the groundwater monitor wells is currently contained on Site pending <br /> the evaluation of disposal options <br /> 4 0 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 41 Health and Safety Plan <br /> Prior to conducting any field work, SECOR will implement the site-specific health and safety plan for <br /> drilling activities as required by 29 CFR 1910 120 The health and safety pian details field procedures <br /> regarding various potential safety hazards that may be encountered during site activities A copy of <br /> the health and safety plan for this site is included in Appendix C of this report <br /> 42 Utility Clearance <br /> Prior to conducting any field work, SECOR will conduct a utility clearance of the drilling area to ensure <br /> that subsurface utilities are not intercepted during the drilling activities The survey will be conducted <br /> using magnetic and electro-location methods Additionally, Underground Service Alert (USA) will be <br /> notified at least 48-hours prior to drilling <br /> N0003-uuJa7 Jay 9 1996 <br />
