Corrective Action Plan 9 <br /> Time Oki Company Property No 04-049 14000 East Highway 88,Lockeford CA September 8 1998 <br /> 3.2 EXPOSURE PATHWAYS <br /> Exposure characterization identifies complete exposure pathways through which chemicals at the <br /> Site may be transported from the point of release to a potential receptor A complete exposure <br /> pathway consists of the following elements <br /> 0 An identified source or point of chemical release, <br /> ❑ A transport mechanism for the released chemical, <br /> ❑ An identified potential receptor, and <br /> ❑ An exposure route from the point of release to the identified receptor <br /> An exposure pathway is not considered complete if any one of these elements is missing <br /> 3.2.1 Incomplete Exposure Pathways <br /> Based on the information provided in Section 2 0, the following exposure pathways are not <br /> considered complete <br /> ❑ Ingestion of groundwater, inhalation of vapor whale showering/washing for any <br /> receptor The closest water supply well to the Site found in the 1997 well search <br /> was located approximately 900 feet upgradient from the Site The water supply <br /> wells that are present in the area are screened at depths below that of impacted soil <br /> and groundwater at the Site <br /> 3 2 2 Complete Exposure Pathways <br /> The following exposure pathways are or may be potentially complete and will be evaluated <br /> ❑ Ingestion, inhalation, and dermal contact from impacted surfacial soils far on-sate <br /> commercial receptors, off-site residential receptors, and future construction <br /> Time 0iI1Lockeford\CAP wpd <br />
