9.0 REQUEST FOR NO FURTHER ACTION <br /> Based on the recommendation for NFA at the site, SECOR has Included supplementary <br /> information to assist the SJCEHD in its evaluation of the site for case closure Additional site <br /> information is provided below in accordance with the Table 1 -- Checklist of Required Data For <br /> No Further Action Requests at Underground Tank Sites of the RWQCB's Appendix B Tn- <br /> Regional Board Staff Recommendation For Preliminary Investigations And Evaluations Of <br /> Underground Tank Sites— No Further Action Requests A compilation of historical site data Is <br /> Included as park of the Site Conceptual Model, and is further outlined and referenced below <br /> 1 91 Checklist of Required Data <br /> Presented below are the itemized categories of required site Information as outlined in Table 1 — <br /> Checklist of Required Data for No Further Action Requests at Underground Tank Sites, followed <br /> 1 by supporting site data Information previously submitted under a separate cover is referenced <br /> where applicable <br /> 1 (1) Distance to production wells for municipal, domestic, agriculture, industry, and <br /> other uses within 2000 feet of the site, <br /> lipAs discussed in Section 3 3, SECOR performed a water supply well survey In June 1997 <br /> (Appendix E) Review of DWR files and Information supplied by the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District confirmed the presence of one Irrigation well and two municipal wells within a <br /> 2,000-foot radius of the site The municipal wells are located approximately 900 feet northeast <br /> (upgradient) and 1,500 feet southwest (downgradient) of the site (SECOR, September 8, 1998) <br /> Other sensitive receptors in the vicinity of the site are the Mokelumne River, which Is located <br /> approximately 0 75 miles north (upgradienticross-gradient) of the site, and a creek situated <br /> approximately 600 feet northwest (upgradient) of the site A drainage pond for surface runoff <br /> during rainfall events is located In the southwest (downgradient) of the site This pond Is <br /> typically dry (SECOR, September 8, 1998) <br /> (2) Site maps, to scale, of area impacted showing locations of former and existing <br /> tank systems, excavation contours and sample locations, boring and monitoring <br /> well elevation contours, gradients, and nearby surface waters, buildings, streets, <br /> and subsurface utilities, <br />' <br /> Site features (wells, areas of excavation, soil borings, grab soil sample locations, soil vapor <br /> probe locations), and the surrounding site area, geologic-cross sections are Included on Figures <br /> 1 and 2, and on historical figures included in Appendix D Sensitive receptors are referenced <br /> above, and are included on a figure presented in Appendix E A groundwater elevation contour <br />' map and contaminant concentration map for October 4, 2004 are Included as Figures 4 and 8 <br /> Historical groundwater elevation contour maps and groundwater concentration maps from <br /> previous quarterly sampling events are Included In past quarterly report submittals, which are <br /> documented under Item 10 below A map showing the location and depth of underground <br /> utilities has not been constructed due to the depth to groundwater beneath the site (Table 3) <br />' <br /> Time Oil Asmt&SCM doc 15 March 17, 2005 <br /> 770T 41 658 00 0015 <br />
