1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report documents the results of post-remediation soil confirmation sampling at Time Oil <br /> Company — Property No 04-049 located at 14000 East Highway 88, Lockeford, California <br /> (Figure 1) The work was performed in accordance with SECOR International, Inc 's (SECOR) <br /> Corrective Action Plan dated September 8, 1998 and Work Plan for Post-Remediation <br /> Confirmation Soil Sampling dated June 18, 2004 The work was completed to satisfy the San <br /> Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) requirements for obtaining site <br /> closure Verbal approval of the work plan was granted by Mr Harlan Knoll of the SJCEHD, and <br /> he observed the field work on November 1 and 2, 2004 <br /> To assist in the SJCEHD in its review of the site for case closure and at their request In <br /> correspondence dated July 21, 2004, SECOR has Included a Site Conceptual Model The <br /> model summarizes the results of recent site assessment activities discussed above, in addition, <br /> the following Is also included <br /> o A summary of site background Information, <br /> o Description of historical assessments and remedial action, <br /> Geologic and hydrogeologic setting, <br /> Results of post-remediation assessment activities, <br />�• C Current site status, and <br /> a A summary of the distribution of petroleum hydrocarbon and fuel oxygenates in soil and <br /> groundwater <br /> Based on the Information summarized in the following sections, SECOR submits a request for <br /> No Further Action (NFA) at the site (Section 9 0) This request has been prepared in <br /> accordance with the Table 9 — Checklist of Required Data For No Further Action Requests at <br /> Underground Tank Sites of the Regional Water Quality Control Board's (RWQCB) Appendix B <br /> Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendation For Preliminary Investigations And Evaluations Of <br /> Underground Tank Sites — No Further Action Requests Supporting documentation Is <br /> enclosed, and is referenced within this document <br /> • <br /> Time Oil Asmt&SCM doc 1 March 17 2005 <br /> 770T 41658 00 0015 <br />
