The completed Chain-of-Custody form and ? <br /> ZRecord of Analysis for the soil samples tested are included in <br /> the Appendix of this report. 3 <br /> ;I <br /> MONITORING WELL CONSTRUCTION . <br /> Four ground water monitoring wells were constructed at the site <br /> in soil borings B-1 through B-4.
