Other Ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation tests must be <br /> shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed <br /> by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding facility had to be emptied you fust would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material.
