Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-94 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. On Parcel 2 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> c. On Parcel 2 connection to an approved public water supply <br /> system is required. A letter from the water supplier <br /> will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the Parcel Map. If Banta <br /> Mutual Water District will not supply public water then <br /> Condition D will apply. <br /> d. On Parcel 2 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the 1-cal agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
