Mac Arthur Drive, Tracy <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation tests <br /> must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for Environmental Health Division approval. A <br /> permit for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division is required (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3001, 5-3003 and 5-3013). <br /> c. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees and customers <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior <br /> to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> f. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. (California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Section 27550). <br />
