APR 1 9 1993 <br /> 1810 E Hazelton 1-'OMMUN1l Y DEVELurmtivT DEPT. <br /> Stockton CA 95205 <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Attention: Loree Goold <br /> Re: Application No: UP-93-0007 <br /> Applicant: Hiram Sibley <br /> Pescadero Reclamation District 2058 would have the applicant understand <br /> that they will continue paying the Reclamations District annual assessment, <br /> and water charges with existing facilities, regulations and rates at the <br /> time of use. <br /> No polution, insecticides, herbacides, or other hazardous materials <br /> shall be permitted into the existing irrigation or drainage facility, <br /> or should be permitted to drain in any way from the property. <br /> Prior to Pescadero Reclamation District Number 2058 consenting to all <br /> new construction over District easements, irrigation and drainage <br /> systems, plans and liabilities must be agreed upon between applicant <br /> and Pescadero Reclamation representatives. Appropriate liability <br /> insurance coverage must be carried by the applicant. <br /> Please refer to attached map (Note Highlight ) This shows District <br /> Easement and drain ditch. <br /> Please refer to attached map (Note Highlight p. ) This is the tow <br /> of the levee, and this property belongs to the district. No development <br /> should encompass this property. Also, the levee road is not to be <br /> used by the applicant.
