Mac Arthur Drive, Tracy <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. <br /> Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be <br /> modified. <br /> a. The soil suitability study required by MS-92-103 must be done prior to septic system <br /> construction if both MS-92-103 and UP-93-0003 are to be completed. A review fee <br /> of $156.00 is required at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision <br /> improvement plans. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees and <br /> patrons the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-3003). <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, <br /> a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> A Division of San jt"uin Couniy Hcalth[ire Serviced <br />
