Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5- 4100, 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title 24) b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material: (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the UBC, Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. (3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any building permits or the beginning of any construction. C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the*tow away' sign, to be located at each entrance or visible from each space.
