Mac Arthur Drive,Tracy APN: 248-170-01 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Mac Arthur Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and is totally within the City of Tracy limits. The <br /> planned right-of-way width shall be determined by the City of Tracy. <br /> Etcheverry Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way.
