Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21). <br /> h. NOISE: Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 70 dB Ldn. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[b][21) <br /> i. SIGNS: All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> j. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> 1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U occupancy to a B <br /> occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed <br /> architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance.
