Mr.Van Buren introduced the project. Mr. Van Buren reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr.Pollard indicated that he was still waiting for the nitrate loading study to be completed by <br /> Kleinfelder. <br /> Mr.Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Divisions requirements. <br /> Mr.Pollard asked about Business Licenses requirements for his stores. Mr.Van Buren indicated that he <br /> would do some research on the type of business and fee schedule. Mr.Martin asked Mr.Pollard if he <br /> leases the buildings or rents them. Mr. Pollard indicated that he rents them. <br /> Mr.Martin asked Mr.Pollard if he had any questions for the Department of Public Works. Mr.Pollard <br /> indicated no. <br /> Mr.Van Buren indicated that the project is scheduled for the March 7, 2002 Planning Commission <br /> hearing.
