The proposed use of percolation ponds for wastewater disposal may <br /> contribute to groundwater degradation because of soil conditions in this area and neighboring <br /> factors.. <br /> The parcel(s)to the South of this site recently experienced a year long waste tire fire and the <br /> environmental impacts to the neighboring parcel(s)will need to be done in order to prevent <br /> further groundwater degradation. A determination of the gradient flow to City of Tracy <br /> productions wells should be addressed if the site is utilized for waste water ponds. <br /> The use of the proposed trench drain design as proposed is also not supported by this Division <br /> E <br /> 3�a � <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
