Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table without specific approval <br /> from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region Water Code, <br /> Chapter 4, Article 3, Section 13240. <br /> 2. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor <br /> in any way contribute to the pollution thereof (California Water Code, Section <br /> 13376). <br /> 3. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1100.1). <br /> 4. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1100.1). <br /> 5. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 6. Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required.
