REVISED CONDITIONS OF OPPROVAI <br /> QX-80-0001 <br /> Lone Star Aggregates <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for Quarry Excavation Application No. QX-80-0001 was approved by <br /> the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on June 2, 2005. The effective date of approval is <br /> June 12, 2005. <br /> 1. U.S.SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE(SCS) <br /> The applicant shall submit to the Planning Division and thereafter implement an SCS-approved <br /> revegetation plan prior to the commencement of Phase II excavation. The plan shall be submitted no <br /> later than thirty(30)days from the date of application approval. <br /> 2. CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF MINES AND GEOLOGY <br /> A reclamation plan for post-1976 excavation activities shall be approved by the Division of Mines and <br /> Geology prior to the commencement of Phase II excavation but in no case later than sixty(60)days from <br /> the date of application approval. <br /> 3. CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> The applicant shall submit to the Planning Division verification that the project has received all necessary <br /> plan, permit, or program approvals from the Regional Water Quality Control Board. This information shall <br /> be submitted prior to the commencement of Phase II excavation but in no case later than sixty (60) days <br /> from the date of application approval. <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. The applicant shall submit to the Planning Division an annual, written report prepared by a licensed <br /> civil engineer. This report shall describe the Phase II compliance status relative to the requirements <br /> of the County Planning Title and to the conditions of approval adopted as part of this permit approval. <br /> The report shall also describe the excavation and rehabilitation completed in the preceding twelve <br /> (12) month period. This first report shall be submitted April 1, 1987. <br /> b. Soil removed from the slopes of the existing pit shall be placed in the area known as Pit G, which <br /> contains approximately forty (40)acres. Pit G shall be refilled, graded, and reseeded at the original <br /> ground level within thirty (30) days of application approval. The applicant shall submit to the <br /> Planning Division a plan and map for rehabilitation of the Pit G area. <br /> c. Quarry operations may be conducted Monday through Saturday between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and <br /> 12:00 a.m. The processing plant may operate 24 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, as <br /> shown on the site plan dated April 27 2005- <br /> d. Temporary and final slopes with a maximum steepness of 1:5:1 (horizontal-to-vertical) may be <br /> established. <br /> 1F• <br />
