The site, identified as APNs 253-130-19 and <br /> 253-130-26, is within the eastern half of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 5 East, <br /> M.D.B.M., is approximately 51.7 acres in size and is located on the west side of MacArthur <br /> Drive south of Linne Road (see Figure 1 in Appendix A). Access to the site is via <br /> MacArthur Drive. The majority of the site consists of a large pit, approximately 30 to 40 <br /> feet deep, that was previously used for gravel mining operations. The site address is <br /> 30703 South MacArthur Drive, Tracy, CA. The gravel pit presently contains no structures <br /> or trees, and is comprised exclusively of exposed silty sand to silty gravel and naturally <br /> occurring grassland vegetation. Primary routes of delivery to the site include: MacArthur <br /> Drive, Linne Road, Corral Hollow Road, and Tracy Boulevard.
